The trend was created by 16-year-old British influencer Hannah Lyne and captivated fans after she shared it on Instagram. Inspired by fishtail brows, Lyne wanted to push creative boundaries. “I just want people to have fun being silly and trying out quirky, fun looks!” she explained.
