If This Is Not a Miracle, Then Tell Me What It Is

In the aftermath of a devastating tornado that tore through Clarksville, Tennessee, tales of resilience emerged, showcasing the indomitable human spirit amidst destruction.

Among the hardest-hit areas was the Hol Park Mobile Home Community, where the tornado claimed the lives of three individuals. Yet, amidst the chaos and tragedy, a story of survival unfolded, centered around a four-month-old infant named Lord.

Sydney Moore, Lord’s mother, recounted the terrifying moments of the tornado’s onslaught. While shielding her one-year-old son, Princeton, her partner rushed to rescue Lord, who was nestled in a bassinet.

In a stunning twist of fate, as the tornado unleashed its fury, it lifted the bassinet, with little Lord still snug inside, and tossed it into the turbulent air. Miraculously, despite the violent turbulence, Lord remained safely within the confines of the bassinet.

Once the tempest subsided, Moore’s immediate concern was the whereabouts of her baby amidst the wreckage. What they discovered next defied belief, Lord was found perched in a tree, sporting a deep cut on his face.

Remarkably, despite sustaining injuries, Lord survived, a testament that Moore regards as nothing short of miraculous. The family, amidst the rubble, embarked on a journey to seek medical aid. Lord suffered head and ear injuries, while his rescuer sustained a broken shoulder. A battered bassinet nearby stands as a poignant reminder of the family’s ordeal and their unwavering resilience in the face of adversity.
