Jane Seymour, a symbol of grace and talent in Hollywood, has captivated audiences for decades. At 74, she is not only a legendary actress, but also a dedicated author and mother.
Despite challenges in her personal life, including four marriages and divorces, Seymour is the proud mother of four children. She has two adult children, Katherine and Sean, from her marriage to David Flynn, as well as twin sons John Stacy and Kristopher Steven (27) from her relationship with filmmaker James Keach.
Seymour’s path to motherhood was not easy. After several miscarriages and failed IVF attempts, she successfully conceived twins at the age of 44. The pregnancy was risky, and the twins were born six weeks early by emergency C-section due to preeclampsia. Seymour said both she and her babies narrowly escaped disaster during birth.
Although the twins experienced early health problems—including one episode in which Johnny turned blue twice—Seymour continued to lovingly care for them, even bringing them onto the set while they worked. As they grew older, the boys formed a close bond and often shared a bed.
Seymour recently posted a photo with her now-grown sons, who have grown into tall, handsome young men. Her fans praised the family’s close bond, with many commenting on how cute the twins were and how great-looking Seymour was.
Her journey as a mother reflects the strength and love she has shown through both the challenges and joys of raising children. Even now, as her sons surpass her, Seymour continues to enjoy the joys of motherhood.
