Justine Bateman stands by her decision to age naturally and says: “I think I look great”

Hollywood often puts pressure on women to maintain a youthful appearance, and many resort to cosmetic procedures. However, Justine Bateman, known for her role in “Family Ties,” has chosen to embrace aging naturally.

Now 57, Bateman has faced harsh criticism for her appearance and was even called a “sea witch” and a “meth addict” in her old age. Nevertheless, she proudly rejects cosmetic surgery, believing her face reflects her true self.

In an interview with 60 Minutes Australia, she said, “I think I look fantastic,” and emphasized that aging is a sign of personal growth. Bateman spoke openly about how she once felt pressured to undergo procedures, but later realized that changing her appearance wouldn’t resolve the underlying fears.

She encourages others to appreciate their natural beauty and live authentically, as she describes in her book, “Face: One Square Foot of Skin.” Her decision to age gracefully is an inspiring reminder for others to follow their own path.
