Risking his life, this cop decided to help the little bear. It is by no means safe to approach a bear and her cubs, but some people have a lot of courage along with a big heart.

There is one officer in the Town of Carroll Police Department named Thomas Owens. The man, who had probably spotted many bears, because he is from New Hampshire, had a chance to face one of them.

Thomas was working at a time when a mother bear was crossing the road with her cubs. He stopped and watched patiently as they crossed the roads, but after a while they came back and started crossing the road again. He soon realized that this was another cub that obviously could not cross the road for some reason. Soon the mother bear and three cubs went into the woods, and then this policeman decided to do something.

Thomas approached the little bear and called New Hampshire Fish and Wildlife. They were determined to help, but they were aware of the situation. At any moment if the mother bear returned and saw a scene where someone was next to her cub, she would certainly not be calm.

Soon people from Fish and Wildlife arrived and found out that there was another cub there. These two sick sick bears have received all the necessary help, so when they recover they will be released into the wild towards their family. Thomas even posed for a photo with the little bear he wanted so badly to help.
