On his journey home from work, Rico Soegiarto stumbled upon a dog lying in the middle of the road. The canine was in a deplorable state, weak, riddled with injuries, and virtually devoid of fur, as reported by fascinatingthings.
Though originally a Siberian Husky, the dog’s condition was so dire that her breed was almost unrecognizable.
This desperate pup teetered on the brink of death, but Rico couldn’t simply turn a blind eye.
Despite already caring for four rescue dogs at home, Rico felt an immediate connection with this particular pup. He named her Hope, a fitting choice as her bright blue eyes hinted at a glimmer of hope, despite her dire circumstances.
Rico brought Hope home, initiating the journey of her recovery. He administered various medications to promote the regrowth of her fur and provided her with abundant food to help her regain lost weight.
Rico’s commendable efforts in nursing her back to health began to yield positive results.
Over time, Hope transformed, resembling more and more the majestic Husky she was meant to be.
The return of her fur bolstered her confidence, allowing her to break free from the shell of her former self. With each passing day, Hope blossomed into a truly remarkable canine.
Today, Hoρe resides with Rico and his family in Bali, reveling in her second chance at life.
