Candace Owens has stirred up quite the reaction from the women of “The View”. Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, and Sunny Hostin have made it abundantly clear: if the network decides to bring Owens on board, they’re ready to walk.
“She’s a MAGA extremist peddling nonsense to gullible followers”, remarked Goldberg. “I refuse to sit at a table and entertain her.”
Behar echoed Goldberg’s sentiments, stating: “I just can’t deal with her. She’s insufferable. All she does is yell and spew”.
Hostin chimed in, branding Owens as “toxic to people of color”.
In response, Owens shrugged off their threats, asserting she’s unfazed by their ultimatum. “The show would thrive without their negativity”, she retorted. “Maybe I’ll invite Tomi Lahren and Laura Ingraham to join instead.”
However, Ingraham dismissed the idea, expressing skepticism about Owens’ suitability for the role. “They’re just trying to provoke her. She’ll take the bait, and they won’t leave. Then they’ll hound her until she throws in the towel.”
Reportedly, ABC is prepared to offer Owens a lucrative 3-year, $10 million contract despite the potential backlash. Should Owens withstand the pressure for the entire duration, she stands to receive a hefty bonus and an apology from Goldberg, though the latter seems unlikely.
As negotiations unfold, it remains to be seen whether Owens will accept the offer and face the challenges ahead. Regardless, the drama surrounding her potential addition to “The View” promises to keep viewers glued to their screens.
