Wynonna Judd speaks to her fans after disturbing actions at the CMA Awards that raised concerns

Wynonna Judd is reaching out to her fans after many expressed concern about her health in comments on Wednesday night.

The 60-year-old singer shared the stage with 38-year-old Jelly Roll to open the CMA Awards, singing his song “Need a Favor”. During the opening performance, Judd clung to Jelly Roll, prompting a flood of concerned comments from his fans.

After the show, Judd addressed her followers’ concerns directly on social media, posting a video with the caption: “Don’t read the comments”. In the short clip, Judd candidly admitted that she had indeed read the comments, saying: “I’m just going to tell y’all the truth”.

She revealed: “I was so damn nervous”. When Jelly Roll invited her to perform with him, she was thrilled, but that excitement was overshadowed by her nervousness. “I came out there and I was so nervous, I was fighting for my life. And that’s the bottom line.”
